We offer fair pricing for quality mental health care, with Medicare rebates available to help make professional psychological support accessible.
Individual therapy
Effective from Jan 2026, 50-minute sessions (both in-person and via Telehealth) during standard business hours:

Specialised therapy
Effective from 2026, specialised sessions (both in-person and via Telehealth) during standard business hours:

Out-of-Hours Surcharge
For appointments out of standard business hours a $40 surcharge applies for all appointments. This applies on:
- Weekdays before 9 AM or after 5 PM
- Any time on weekends or public holidays
Payment Methods
Automatic: You can add your payment details to our secure booking system, Halaxy, for seamless payment processing.
Manual: Alternatively you can pay at reception via EFTPOS. We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit cards.
We don’t add any bank surcharges to either of the above payment methods.
Medicare
Under the Mental Health Care Plan, which can be obtained from your GP or psychiatrist, you’re eligible for a rebate, which is available for up to 10 sessions annually.
Private Health Care
Some private health funds offer rebates on individual psychological therapy, ranging between $40 and $120. Please refer to your policy for exact details.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of the full consultation cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or non-attendance, will incur the full consultation fee.
For all Monday appointments, notice must be given by 9am on the preceding Friday. After this time, the 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
